Such an awesome Crossfit place! Great community, and everyone is always happy to be here! It's never easy to find a good place but we followed our gut and it was definitely the best choice we made! Thanks so much to the owner, Amanda, for everything you do, and to all the coaches!
I found this gym during my maternity leave and it has been the best! I am able to get good quick workouts in an hour class and am able to bring my baby with me. They have an area with a large playpen and toys for kids to play safely that is within the gym space so you can keep an eye on them and they can see you. There is a variety of class times to fit any schedule and it is an amazing community.
Went in for a session via their drop-in option while travelling; everything was well organized, coaches were super professional and cared about form/technique. Clean, nice equipment, and friendly community. Thank you!
