Working out can be boring but this this was a full body workout that made the hour go by before I knew it. Great staff and welcoming environment. I’ll be definitely going again

I found this gym during my maternity leave and it has been the best! I am able to get good quick workouts in an hour class and am able to bring my baby with me. They have an area with a large playpen and toys for kids to play safely that is within the gym space so you can keep an eye on them and they can see you. There is a variety of class times to fit any schedule and it is an amazing community.
