Bedrock Countertops is top notch. The customer service was amazing. After trying to get quotes from a few other companies we decided that the customer service was really important. Jack was our guy, he went the extra mile to make sure I got what I wanted, he made sure to let me know when they would be here to install, several text to make sure the job was going well, and then he made sure we were happy. Customer service sold me on Bedrock Countertops!!
Bedrock was very accommodating and communicative during the buying process. They had a great selection of stone for all price points and customer service was great. My wife liked the design and bedrock made the instillation appointment immediately. Karlee was very helpful and accommodating the entire time. The install was fast. Any small feedback was immediately fixed or taken care of on the spot, and the Installers didn’t leave a mess.
Bedrock countertops did an outstanding job on our countertops and fireplace hearth/granite surroundings. The workmanship was excellent, communication was great, and they stayed on schedule throughout the process. Everything turned out beautiful. A special things to Karlee as well. She was incredibly sweet, Helpful, understanding, and always did a great job keeping us updated with the follow up calls and communication throughout the project. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Highly Recommend.
While building, I had conversations with multiple countertop fabrication & installation companies. The attention to detail, responsiveness, pricing, and final product from Bedrock, and specifically Karlee with the Valdosta office have been, by far, some of the most exceptional throughout our entire new home/custom building process as our own GC. This is our second time using Bedrock countertops and we have been very happy with both experiences. Evelyn and Karlee were great! Excellent communication, very professional and very customer oriented.
