I just got off the phone with them (2020-june). The Duluth office has been consolidated with the Dunwoody location.
Jeanna and staff have been very responsive and clear for my concerns and questions. Over the years I've felt secure in their work and advice. My work is made easier by giving my "Taxi Account Hat" to Jennings. I wear enough "Business Hats."
Jeanie has been my cpa for 5 years now and has always been more than helpful and super responsive. As a small business owner I dont know what I'd do without her!
It's unfortunate when you find a business that has little to no moral standards, but Jennings & Associates falls short when it comes to treating their clients with dignity and respect. Britt Jennings will charge you for every minute that he spends on your account, even if it's a quick phone call or an email response.
