Very disappointed with my experience as a Bedrock homeowner. The lack of communication and support has cost us thousands of dollars. We were never properly informed about lot restrictions or how neighboring construction would impact our property. I sent multiple emails outlining my concerns, and no one ever got back to me. Had I known this was the level of customer service I would receive, I would have never purchased a home in Osprey with Bedrock.

I had a disappointing experience with Bedrock Construction Ltd. Communication was poor throughout the project, and timelines kept changing without clear explanations. The work did not meet the expectations discussed at the beginning, and follow-ups took far longer than promised. Overall, the experience felt stressful and unprofessional.

I didn’t have a lot of good experiences with a number of other construction companies so I was a little bit sceptical when I connected with Corrie and team. Our job involved closing up a vaulted ceiling and adding a floor such that we could reclaim otherwise unused space. This activity ended up adding additional square footage to the upstairs bedroom. I have used Bedrock Construction a couple times for various projects and their service is unmatched as well as their craftsmanship! Will recommend Corrie’s team to friends and family
