Elmer's work is over the top in quality. I like doing great work myself,but Elmer exceeded ALL my expectations. I would highly recommend Bedrock for any type of needed construction.

Contractors like Elmer are few and far between. He goes way above and beyond what most people are willing to do. And at a reasonable price! He took on a very tricky job nobody else was interested in and spent endless hours studying the situation and talking to our engineer to make sure he did it right. We couldn't be more pleased. He is 100% trustworthy and ethical, which are qualities that are hard to find in a contractor. We wouldn't hesitate to hire him again.
