Bought a house from them, POOR communications, especially with after sales issues. While quality of parts was good, ok price on the house, and despite throwing extra business and upgrades, VERY poor treatment. Definitely not recommended. Sure... at first super nice guy to talk to, but do watch out. Others in my area have the same responses, and even the realtor warned us. We are owed money and never hear a peep. Stay away from this company. The owner is unlicensed, dishonest and unprofessional. He placed an illegal lien on our home and refuses to remove it. He was rated an F by the BBB. Stay away from this crook!!
