I would like to give Joey from Bedrock Builders a 10 out of 10 due to his extremely high customer service, professionalism and responsiveness. We purchased a home that was built by Bedrock Builders nearly 10 years ago. We recently had a limestone cap come off of our chimney due to an unknown reason. Despite us not being the original owners / that they really had no obligation to us as a new homeowner, within one week of us notifying Bedrock Builders of this issue, they at no charge came out and fixed the limestone cap.
