Randy was professional, communicative, and a safe driver. I really appreciated that he texted earlier in the day prior to my flight so that I had his contact info when I arrived easily. He provided very clear pickup instructions, and was at the curb ready to roll essentially when I walked outside. The car was clean, Randy was a safe driver, and he got us to our hotel in a pleasant and quick ride. I was super happy with the Bedrock experience - everything was smooth from booking to arrival!
