I recently purchased a mattress from Bedmart and was efficiently assisted by Paula. Paula has a very personable way about her and is quite knowledgeable about the products she represents. She is informative, responsive to inquiries, and allows the customer to commit to a purchase without any assertive influence. Any further dealings with Bedmart will be done through Paula. What a great experience we had with Nichole. Her attention to detail as to what we needed was perfect ! First , she did a Test to see what type of bed would be best for us. Then had us try out several different types that she recommended to help us finally come up with the best choice. She even explained that the proper pillow helps with your spine alignment which we had no idea. Thank you so much Nichole for all of your help.. Rick and Ann Marie Semonian
