Alvaro Tapia was a great salesman! He was very knowledgable and helpful as we picked out a new personal mattress. He answered all our questions and set us at ease. We ended up going back to order a new mattress set for our guest room for delivery at the same time. The two delivery personnel were also awesome: they called when we expected, gave a great timeline and arrived when they said they would. Thank you for a great experience start to finish! We would highly recommend!!!
Ben is very knowledgeable and positive!! Beyond great service!!! Santiago and Kevin are the quickest and smoothest delivery servicemen!!! They took care of the removal of the older mattress, moving the mattress originally on our bed to the second bedroom and putting the new mattress on the master bed in under 10 minutes; all with smiles and positive attitudes. All these men do their jobs well above and beyond duty!!! I will go back to them for our bed needs again and again!!!! Also my wife approves of this review!!!
Ben was awesome. He had lots of info on all mattresses. Ben made the purchase of a new bed and base easy. I would highly recommend.
I can no longer recommend BedMart, after having trusted them for years and made at least 4 bed purchases with them over 20 years. But something has changed. I recently purchased a bed here, after delivery it felt way too soft. I knew immediately it would not work for me. I need a very firm bed for back issues. So I ended up returning it within 3 days. You can have 1 return but no more. So I made sure, taking my time over another 3 days, spending hours at the store, to select the perfect firm bed, even fell asleep on my selec... read more
Everyone at BedMart was awesome! Ben, who sold me the mattress and adjustable frame, was very knowledgeable and personable. Noel and Wyatt, the guys who delivered everything, went above and beyond to make sure my bed was set up. I truly appreciate the customer service and I would definitely shop there again!
