Ben was awesome. He had lots of info on all mattresses. Ben made the purchase of a new bed and base easy. I would highly recommend.
I can no longer recommend BedMart, after having trusted them for years and made at least 4 bed purchases with them over 20 years. But something has changed. I recently purchased a bed here, after delivery it felt way too soft. I knew immediately it would not work for me. I need a very firm bed for back issues. So I ended up returning it within 3 days. Everyone at BedMart was awesome! Ben, who sold me the mattress and adjustable frame, was very knowledgeable and personable. Noel and Wyatt, the guys who delivered everything, went above and beyond to make sure my bed was set up. I truly appreciate the customer service and I would definitely shop there again!
The Smart Match system really works. I’ve used it 3 times at stages of my life since 1997. It’s always helped me to find the right mattress for me 3 times over the last 20 years as my body changed. The first option it chose for me this time was too soft for me, but the professional team helped me to easily trade to the second smartmatch choice which was a great, great fit!
