We worked with Michael, and had such an easy, informative experience. One week later: Unfortunately the bed turned out to be too firm, and BedMart won’t help us out because we didn’t buy their mattress protector. It wasn’t made clear at time of purchase that buying your own mattress protector voids the guarantee that they will exchange a mattress that is uncomfortable.
