We went into BedMart of Bend on a Sunday afternoon looking for a new mattress for my folks. We were pleasantly surprised at the level of care and service the sales gentleman Chris gave them in helping them pick out their new mattress perfectly aligned to their needs.
Doug Kinsey! What a lovely experience we had today purchasing a Kingsdown mattress! He was incredibly knowledgeable and receptive to our needs. We had our 2 kids with us and Doug had snacks/water for them! He didn’t pressure us any which way and was patient in understanding our individual preferences until we reached a consensus.
