Brian was incredibly helpful throughout our entire purchase. He was very knowledgeable and made sure we were well informed as we decided between mattresses.
Brian was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable, and patiently worked with us while we tried out different mattresses. It was a no pressure experience, which we really appreciated. We went to another store before this one and the customer service experience was night and day.
We had a very positive experience with the salesman, Robert. We had some experiences at other bed stores where they were trying to push the most expensive mattress instead of trying to find the best mattress for us, bad car salesman-like. Not so with Robert. He took the time to help us find the right mattress for us and our needs. We found a mattress we think will be exactly what we need at a price we are comfortable with. We are looking forward to getting it delivered in a few days.
Robert was very helpful.. Did not try to sell us a $9,000 mattresses. Understood our budget.
