By far the best experience I have ever had in purchasing furniture. Mr. Gardiner (Thomas) was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. We had no intention of buying a bed that day, only to shop around, comparative price, etc. But he started at the basics and walked us through the process, showed us what we needed, explained the importance of getting the right bed, and was a lot of fun to work with. We walked out of there with the bed we needed and a renewed respect in those who are subject matter experts.
Thomas was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, delivered the information without undue pressure. He made every detail clear, told us of all the options, invited us to experience the options. He was very clear about going to the next step toward a purchase, but not pushy. Very positive experience. Grateful for such professional and personal service.
