Needed a mattress. Shopped at five stores in Evansville and checked out many on line. Only two had intelligent salespeople and one didn't even acknowledge that I was in their store (one of the big brands). After laying on a lot of beds I decided on a mattress. Every store had it, but Bedland had it for $1,000 less than the next quoted price. That is only part of the story as the excellent customer service really started.
