Love the people, recently renovated owners love what they do and encourage you every step of the way! 4 yrs and counting preferred over any corporate gym anytime any day!
So far, my experience at this gym has been nothing but positive. I love going during my lunch break—it’s always a great workout and a perfect reset in the middle of the day. There are definitely days when I don’t feel like going, but every time I show up, I’m glad I pushed through. I always leave feeling accomplished. The community here has been amazing as well—supportive, motivating, and welcoming. It really makes a difference. Highly recommend!
Well, I guess Google is gonna give me another shot! I said this over a decade ago and will continue to tell everyone around, there is no better facility to train at then Bedlam! Jessica and JA have built an unrivaled culture with Mitch and team that should be but never could be replicated. Been there for almost 13 years and cant imagine being anywhere else. Come check out the new expansion that just takes this Gym to yet ANOTHER LEVEL! Top notch facility ran by Top notch people who care.
One of the best places in the city if you are looking for a welcoming community tied together with fitness for everyone. The coaching staff is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to movements and modifications for beginners. You can feel the energy of the owners and how much they care about the people that come through their doors. Everyone in the building pushes you to become your best self. I would recommend this gym to anyone and everyone! YES YOU CAN!
