We're from the Cincinnati area, in Benton Harbor riding the Harbor Shores Trails and I had an issue with my bike seat...THANK YOU Bedlam for the loan of the 14mm wrench to correct the problem - y'all were a port in the storm!

This was the best bike purchase experience I’ve had . I have been sold the wrong size frame multiple times in the past. Bedlam bikes listened to me in regards to the type of cycling I want to do and what my goals are. I wound up with a bike that is the ride size and perfectly fitted to ensure I get the best ride possible. Even before I purchased my bike they were willing to share knowledge and make recommendations to help improve my cycling. It was a no brainer to purchase from them even though I live 2 states away.
