Had a basic service done on my Ssangyong Musso that l originally purchased there 2 yrs ago, they charged me $522, l was happy with the service but normally they would give it a vacuum and a wash too, all l got was a token to the local lazerwash, and l wouldn't have got that even if l didn't mention it, for that price you'd expect to get a bit better service, l also didn't appreciate the girl that attended me on arrival and at the service desk, she was quite abrupt and unfriendly.
Great service friendly staff
Today has been the worst experience I've ever had from a car dealership. I booked in my ssangyong musso for its 55,000km service and airbag suspension to be installed over 2 weeks ago. I was advised to arrive as early as possible so the vehicle can go through its paces and that the time taken should be 4-5 hours after drop off. Running a small mowing and maintenance business in rural Victoria, I asked the service desk if I sent someone to drop off the ute could they email me the invoice so I can pay it online, they said "yes... read more
don't purchase from this dealer. when your vehicle breaks down and requires a warranty repair. you will be denied your consumer rights and not supported, no loan car for 10 weeks at least. they will take your sale money and that's it they won't care anymore about you
Jayden and Paige and the Ssangyong team have been fantastic to deal with regarding a warranty claim and servicing of our Ssangyong Tivoli. They even washed the car. Our goto for services and we live 2.5 hours away. Would recommend definitely A+
