I bought a new Chery C5 Ultimate and I've found dealing with the 'Sales' people was very pleasant.
Walked in at 10.02 . No one around. Walked out at 10.12. went 50 mtrs down to LDV. I'm going to Bendigo next week or the week after. I'll check out Kia there. Jim
Brought a Ssangyong around 18 months ago, cars been great. Took it here for servicing all was fine, until recently when I tried to book in my latest service. They said they no longer do Ssangyong, and I have to take it to another car dealer. No prior warnings or communication about this, just nah not us anymore sorry can’t help. Not even a generic email. Extremely disappointing in my opinion, happy to take commission, but care gone from there. Car is great, service and communication leaves more to be desired.
