Had the best experience here recently whilst purchasing my new car, the salesman Brodan couldn't have been any more professional, I highly recommended them.
Bought a car from there was damage to paint work and to a connector. Management failed to rectify before delivery and have refused warranty for their damage. Wont answer emails or phone calls regarding fixing the items. Beware.
I purchased a new Skoda Kodiaq from the previously owned Skoda dealer in Ballarat. I was happy with the service I received. Now the dealership is owned by or part of the Bedggoods group it is almost impossible to get through directly to the Skoda service department and I have spent hours of wasted time trying to be transferred through to Skoda Service from the overall Bedggoods reception number.
