I recently bought a Kia Picanto and I am really happy with it. Marcus the sales person did a wonderful job, answered all my queries and patiently ran through the instructions before I drove off. Also, Marcus gave time to talk to my daughters prior to my purchase, and allowed them both to have a test drive. Felix was outstanding and I wouldn't hesitate to deal with this business again. Everyone we spoke with was outstanding and the deal we got was incredible. I travelled to Ballarat from Melbourne to deal with them and they make everything easy!!!. Search their web site and BUY A CAR from them. You will not regret it.
I am pleased to see that the responses to reviews are marked answered by The Owner being the Principal of the business. It is nice to get thanks for good reviews but when I sent a letter of complaint on two occasions to the Principal of Bedggoods I never even received a reply from the Principal who owns the business. Clearly Bedggoods are not keen on answering complaints.
