Works on service was ok but ute was absolutely filthy afterwards. Oily hand prints and dried pink coolant all over the engine bat and panels and bumper. Not to mention no reply to emails in regards to this

The T60 MAX was highly recommended to me and is a great car but then I was also told not to get it serviced here as service team and workers are useless, BUT I have taken my car here forservices etc since I bought it in 2024 and yep... service team are useless, rude, no help, don't care....
Bedggoods LDV used to be a good dealership to deal with, but the experience has gone downhill. The service receptionist, she is consistently rude and dismissive, not just about my vehicle’s previous rust issues but in general. Even with a brand new vehicle. It makes every interaction more difficult than it needs to be. This information is also reflected when discussing with other Bedggoods customers. I recently purchased an LDV T60 and have been extremely disappointed with the after-sales support. While some initial issues were inspected reasonably quickly considering I had to wait for a loan car, any follow-up regarding repairs has been a frustrating experience. I have called multiple times, been left on hold for around 10 minutes, and on several occasions been hung up on.
