The worst over the phone service, I've had been waiting for 37 minutes on hold before I was attended too. Poor phone service, kept going back to reception, I felt like I was stuck in a call loop. After support is horrendous. My 21 Kia Sorento GTline had 2 transmission replacements. The service manager has robotic manners and is highly unreliable. I had several other issues like them not wiring in my towbar harness on install, but the worst was after submitting a vehicle rejection refund notice it took over 6 months to get a refund. I had to call the dealer 24 times and Kia Australia 15 times during this time. I received only a handful of calls. I was lied to constantly about what was happening.
