Absolutely unacceptable experience. We went through the full process of nearly purchasing a car with this dealership — agreeing on the price, model, and accessories, and even paying a deposit. Purchased a new Cerato GT in March from this dealership, not long after taking ownership I had intermittent transmission issues causing the car to not move on takeoff then causing a burning/smoke smell in cabin. This is a safety concern. They could not fix this car or provide a refund.
