The service was fantastic. There was no prior booking made. They were short staffed, the manger approved to check the vehicle and the car was given back to us swiftly.
Expensive, unhelpful. Customer service was lacking. Tried to buy a car, would not sell a car. Sales person was good, but he was completely unsupported. Went elsewhere. Do not recommend.
Drove to bedggoods Kia for some warranty work as my local dealer was unable to fit me in till late April, upon arriving I was informed that they were unable to preform the warranty work as the panel beater had called in sick, after speaking to the service advisor he informed me that I was ‘cannon fodder’ in something both him and I don’t have control over. Marcus was very easy to deal with very professional and trustworthy. We were comfortable enough to buy a new picanto over the phone and net. Everything went so smoothly within three business days we were picking up our new car newly registered with tinting and mats. The hand over was very thorough and everything was explained and radio and phone were paired for us. Full tank of petrol and a big bow for photos. I dealt with Marcus and Jake and can recommend them if buying a car
