This is our second Kia and once again a great experience. Manny was terrific to deal with. Responsive, able to answer every question we had about the car and he organised a speedy delivery of the vehicle. Manny is an asset to Kia. And we love the car.
Had my car serviced. Organised courtesy drive home prior. Arrived right on opening. Girl told me courtesy car wouldnt be long. 25 mins later, still waiting. Had forgotten me. I also enquired about dashcam as they had a large ad on display. Advised somebody would get back to me. They never did. When I was sent the usual feedback questionnaire, I advised of the poor service and asked for a call back. Never happened. This was about a month ago.
I couldn't be happier with my recent car buying experience from Wayne at Bedggoods Kia. Wayne was friendly, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. He made the entire process smooth and stress free. I can't recommend Wayne and the team at Bedggoods highly enough. Loving my Sportage !!!

We recently bought a Ssangyong Musso Bedggoods Kia, Wendouree. Lewis was our very capable and helpful salesman. We purchased on line, and the team at Bedggoods made it so easy; communication was great. We had a few hold-ups from our end and Lewis was able to patiently work with us. When we finally picked up the ute, it had a beautiful big bow on it, a bottle of wine and a full tank of fuel.
