Purchased a new Cerato GT in March from this dealership, not long after taking ownership I had intermittent transmission issues causing the car to not move on takeoff then causing a burning/smoke smell in cabin. This is a safety concern. They could not fix this car or provide a refund. I love my new Kia Picanto! I had the pleasure of dealing with Marcus, he was very knowledgeable and not pushy like what you would expect when going to a car dealership. He was really patient and answered all of my questions (there were a lot haha) and never made me feel pressured which is what made buying a car with him so easy. We came with pre approved finance but Prateek beat the interest rate and gave us a better deal!
