Had some Bowen treatment from Alan at the back end of last year on knee. I was back up and running within a few days. Alan’s great, very helpful and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend. Thanks Pete

I contacted Alan as my daughter was suffering from very bad neck pain which had been ongoing for weeks. Alan is such a kind gentleman, he spent time on the phone explaining what he does and actually explained what I could do to help her myself. I was so impressed with him I asked if he could please fit her in for a session. He kindly gave me a quick slot because I think he realised how desperate I was. Amazing! Fantastic experience from beginning to end. Alan is a lovely bloke, friendly and welcoming. Alan really knows his stuff and did some amazing work. The treatment felt really great and is very reasonably priced. Would absolutely recommend to anyone suffering with long-standing health issues.

I visited Alan as I was in lots of pain and had recently developed a stutter. He asked lots of questions and carefully listened to my replies. Alan explained the process of Bowen and talked me through each movement throughout the consultation, making me feel totally at ease. I was dubious that such a light touch could have any effect, but it did. I am almost pain free and my stutter has disappeared. I would thoroughly recommend.
