I wasn’t able to respond directly to the owner’s comment on my post, so I want to clarify a few things. The biggest disappointment throughout this entire experience has been the way management at Bedford Village Inn has handled my complaints. We spent a substantial amount of money on our wedding at Bedford Village Inn, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. The wedding itself eventually happened, but everything leading up to it was an absolute nightmare. Our bridal suite was supposed to be ready at 1:30 p.m., but I had requested numerous times that it be ready earlier because all of our suitcases and belongings were everywhere and we needed the room to get ready.
