Absolutely the worst care I have received for my senior, anxious dog. When I spoke up about the care we received, I was told that the vet was covering as they were short staffed. While I understand being short staffed, it is not a reason for poor care. I was told to list my concerns for my 12.5 y/o sick dog in a minute or less by this vet.
