Transitions in Bloomington and their staff have made a huge impact on my sobriety. Providing a non judgmental and compassionate care. Staff changes are constant, but usually positive. Recent staff changes have made such an immense negative impact on the entire atmosphere of the office. Front office staff needs to be prepared to handle decrepancies calmly, and provide patients with the same respect and professionalism they would offer at any other type of medical facility.
I worked there and they don't care about the patient.
