The staff seem fine day to day and were always nice enough but they've lied to myself and my pet moving company multiple times. I booked in for a second rabies test to move my cat overseas with their USDA accredited vet and was given a non-USDA accredited vet who hid this information and said everything would be fine. It was not fine.
