I had a partial power outage in my mom who lives across the street from me had a partial power outage yesterday, and they came out and fixed it right away and I can't thank them enough. I was really worried it could be something worse on my end but they did a fantastic job and did it really fast came out right away took care of it and like 5-10 minutes.
Checked out the new facility. Friendly and helpful.
Very frustrated today. Crews showed up and shut the power off at my house around 10 AM to replace a pole in my yard with absolutely no notice. I run a business from home, and this completely disrupted my workday. I understand maintenance needs to be done, but a simple notification ahead of time would have allowed me to plan around it. Basic communication with customers should be standard.
Struggling financially and had my power disconnected. Paid the past due amount online. I went in to pay the $70 reconnection fee and and was told that I had to pay the current month's (even though it's not due till later this month) before they would reconnect me. I guess I'm living in the cold until next week's pay.
