I can't say enough good things about Bedford Plumbing. Matt responded quickly; he and Nick came out the same day, and quickly assessed our needs for a new water heater. Matt was very patient and was really helpful in assuaging concerns/fears. When asked, he was great at explaining and answering questions. His work was quick, thorough, clean, efficient, and professionally done. Terrible after the sale service. He was supposed to come back a week after the install to fix a minor detail but never did. I attempted to contact him by phone several times after that, none of which were taken. And none were returned. Once he's got your money he's done with you. Worst after the sale service I have ever received anywhere. Buyer beware!!!!!
