I’ve had a really good experience at Bedford Place. It’s quiet and cozy, and the people in the office are so easy to work with. The community has a friendly feel, and it’s nice not having to worry about things getting taken care of.
I moved here a few months ago and everything has been great. Management and Maintenance are outstanding..Update 8/12/25 No pool use allowed.They are in some type of dispute with the Condo HOA. They have not given us any details. They continue to advertise that they have a pool. I just signed a lease extension before all of this and feel cheated.
I recently moved into Bedford Place with my boyfriend. We are really enjoying the property, it’s always clean and is a quiet neighborhood. The office ladies, Ava and Amanda are always super helpful and nice. Maintenance is super quick to get any issues addressed and communicate very well about any work orders placed.
I have lived here 2+ years and I am moving out due to the high utility costs. This last winter my monthly bills were almost $500, this is for one older person. The 1st year it was half that and speaking with the staff and district manager all I received was we are not utility company. Irritating but they were not wrong they are not the utility company.
