I recently moved into Bedford Place with my boyfriend. We are really enjoying the property, it’s always clean and is a quiet neighborhood. The office ladies, Ava and Amanda are always super helpful and nice. Maintenance is super quick to get any issues addressed and communicate very well about any work orders placed.
I have lived here 2+ years and I am moving out due to the high utility costs. This last winter my monthly bills were almost $500, this is for one older person. The 1st year it was half that and speaking with the staff and district manager all I received was we are not utility company. Irritating but they were not wrong they are not the utility company. We just relocated to Bedford Place and everyone was so welcoming and helpful. Great Place to be!
Moving in was a smooth transition. Miss Eva Perez was very informed and made the process simple. So far I do like Bedford Place. Only downfall is that you are obligated to use Spectrum services.
I was visiting family and noticed how beautiful the property was and then encountered a staff member that was very pleasant. Just a very welcoming feel in the community! My family loves living out here and if I was looking this would be somewhere I would definitely move too.
