I am beyond grateful for my experience with Bedford Pet Urgent Care and especially for Dr. Jan Penraat! My sweet ringneck dove, Peppermint, was injured and starting to show signs of an infection, and I was absolutely terrified. Birds are so delicate and incredibly good at hiding illness until it’s too late, so I immediately started calling around trying to find a vet who would even see a bird. We brought our cat in for an urgent visit and found out that sadly the only option was to put her to sleep. Thank you to Dr. Jan Penraat, Noelle, and Veronica for your compassion and expertise and making our goodbye evening as good as it could be. Our cat was in competent hands and we appreciate your professionalism and kindness.
Absolutely the most compassionate people working there! Thank you all for being so caring and kind on one of the hardest nights of my life,my friend hadn't wagged all day his last day with us but when y'all greeted him in the parking lot he gave one last big wag so I knew he trusted y'all! So professional! So happy they were open at 8pm ! What a great resource for the community !!! What a relief to be able to have our dog seen as soon as we noticed a problem by a knowledgeable friendly doctor !!! Thanks Dr Goldstein ! Staff was efficient and the best news is they were able to provide full care to our dog!!!
