My dog was bleeding internally and I paid $175 for them to take her temperature with an ear thermometer and tell me her lethargy, weakness, and loss of appetite was likely due to either her medication or a back issue we had worked through previously. There was a lack of thoroughness in the exam. Save your time and money and go elsewhere- i ended up at Veterinary Emergency Center of Manchester afterwards where they did blood panel, rectal temperature, and ultrasound probe to find the actual issue.
Highly recommend this vet! The visit was quick and efficient, and Dr. Komma was extremely knowledgeable. They took great care of my cat and the pricing was very reasonable as well. Overall a great experience!
Extremely disappointed in my experience. To be fair, I have an anxious dog who needs a muzzle while being seen which I explained before bringing her in, and since it was the weekend and she was sick, I didn’t want her anxiety to be a harm to anyone who she isn’t familiar with. The staff onsite were accommodating and understanding and supportive. Unfortunately, the tech on site noticed my dog growling at someone and informed me that they didn’t have the staff to see my dog. I had a very disappointing experience at this urgent vet clinic. From the moment I walked in, the woman at the desk came across as if I was there to do her job and that my emergency was a bother to her then demanded I weigh my dog or she wouldn’t be seen. Completely lacking empathy, something that’s incredibly concerning when you’re dealing with a pet emergency.
