Kind, efficient, explained everything well.
Our experience going there initially was good but the service seems to have deteriorated in the last few years. They seem to have a very high turnover with vets so we got annoyed with not having somebody familiar with our dog. Also we had a negative experience speaking with the manager which give us a bad impression. I get the impression they are trying to get the most amount of money out of you.
always super good with my cat, the staff are very nice and their care is always consistent. it’s the small things and attention to detail they give to your animal that really makes bedford parks special
