Place don’t even have an active phone number and you can’t pay online
No one is in the office to pay your bill. Then the day after the due date they are in there and want to charge a late fee for the unit. The lady in the office os unprofessional she said am in office Monday Wednesday, Friday well today is Monday and she is not in office and she said I have better things to do then he there for other people am not wasting my day waiting on payments.
Don't waste your time with this place , they are very dishonest, and are never there to collect money. They don't answer phones when you get a unit from them they say call if you have any questions or concerns but don't answer there phone. The lady in the office is very rude. When you ask for her name she said that's nonile of your business. They really need a new office person
If I could give them no stars I would they need new staff , lady in office is very rude and disrespectful. I called about my account she said hold please was on hold 15 mins then she hung up on me I tried calling back no answer. The four time I got Answer she said she would be in the office so I went by there and guess what she wasn't there. Please hire someone new for the office.
