This facility broke HIPPA to explain why they had to reschedule my appointment. Again. They had to move my initial eval because one of their therapists was out sick. Called me the day before and could only see me if I could get there THAT night in about an hour and a half. Okay fine things happen. Supposed to have my second appointment today, they call me an hour before and tell me my therapist had to go home and the exact reason why. I am sympathetic but come on! Two appointments two cancellations. And breaking the privacy ... read more
