Got my two pairs of custom orthotics made. Very happy with everything. I did not even need any adjustments. Coming from a severe bilateral ankle injury, and very specific need of size that fits in formal shoes & thickness requirement, I am amazed how quickly the soles were made in the first go. Thank you Andrea and Don. Really appreciate it.

First time getting orthotics was good, best I'd had. Second time was not good. Orthotics produced that don't fit it shoes and were vastly different in shape. Was told bluntly I have the wrong shoes, but offered to fix the orthotics. The'fixed' versions to 2 different heights, providing no change to the vastly different and uncomfortable shape. Then no response to email over these concerns.
