Just picked up my Orthotics today. Overall a positive and professional experience. Staff was friendly and personalble and both my appts were good. Be aware that they do NOT process insurance claims so you will end up paying full price and have to deal with your provider on your own. This caught me off guard "at the till" so to speak. They also did not individualize my reciepts so hoping that I do not have a hard time with my insurance provider.
A good friend suggested orthotics after a number of months watching me hobble around with intense pain. So glad I chose Bedford Orthotics! Hand cast forms made all the difference. Out of discomfort within weeks. Ordered two more pairs. Happy feet! Great service, attention to detail, and professionalism. Thank you!

Got my two pairs of custom orthotics made. Very happy with everything. I did not even need any adjustments. Coming from a severe bilateral ankle injury, and very specific need of size that fits in formal shoes & thickness requirement, I am amazed how quickly the soles were made in the first go. Thank you Andrea and Don. Really appreciate it.
