I did my Invisalign in Bedford orthodontic clinic I appreciate their work and never regret going there. I'm so happy to be done with this office. Had to go 4 (twice in Aug, twice in September) times for my sons final scans for the retainer. The 4th time they didn't even scan, they just wanted to confirm he wanted his braces off. Then the day of his retainer, We go at 815 and told to come back at 2pm for the retainer. So I run my son there to get it and 245 it's still not here. People have a job. Should of called and told us it still wasn't ready.
Loving my new smile, and wearing my prescribed retainer according to my Orthodontist's directions! Thank you for the excellent and always positive service.
