We started out quite happy with Doc braces. Then they closed the Baker drive location, sent us to Clayton park area. Then they closed Clayton park and sent us to Bedford. Now down to one location after waiting two months for an appointment, my daughter was sick the day of the appointment, they rescheduled her two months later. This is now 4 months between visits. Then after waiting 4 months, the day of her appointment they cancel and say they will have to reschedule due to staffing shortages. I do not recommend them

Had a permanent retainer fall off. Went to get it put back on made an appointment within a few days. When I showed up to my appointment they told me they were only doing a scan on me that day( was never told that) so they scan it then book me in 3 months later. They eventually made me a clear retainer to keep my teeth in place. After some rescheduling I finally had my appointment 8 months later. When I went into my appointment to put my wire on they told me my teeth moved too much so I would have to get either Invisalign or ... read more

So professional and friendly. Very punctual and lovely. You can really tell that the employees are happy which speaks volumes.
