Rented through these guys for 5 solid years. They were quick to help with maintenance requests and their team of maintenance people, especially Benny their handyman, Were all amazing.
My wife and I have been tenants at Bedford Management for the past 4 years and they’ve been incredibly. Matthew Gelband is always extremely responsive and attentive to our needs! Every time there’s an issue they are quick to find a solution! Thank you to everyone on staff!
The lack of communication from the team is incredibly disrespectful and not the least bit professional. Stay away.
We switched to Bedford management after having a bad experience with a different management company. Matt has been unbelievably attentive and has addressed any and all issues in a timely and effective manner. As a first time homeowner, it’s been amazing to not have to stress about when something will be fixed. I highly recommend matt and his team!
I have been a tenant for 15 years in a building that Bedford Mgmt Co., manages. They are super responsive to our older building’s emergencies - roof leaks, broken heaters, water issues - everything gets fixed pretty quickly. Matt and Deserie have always been super nice and they also recently went to bat on my behalf to get a very aging sink replaced, for which I am highly grateful! Thanks for everything, guys!
