I was there from 7:30pm-12:30am I waited in the lobby for 3.5hrs and sat in the back in a room with no one checked on me until close to the time the Dr was coming I got a blanket. Luckily my friend Shannon came in to work and got things moving for me. My visitor that brought me was rude and embarrassing, sorry for that!

My children & I have been here many times over the years. Each person who helped us was Super friendly & efficient. The wait time has (so far) been much less than Lynchburg General, even at peak flu season our wait time was around 2 hours max (with a full waiting room). They were also kind enough to scoot us through in less than 45 minutes on an occasion where the need was not life threatening-but still required the treatment we received (as they were adequately staffed & able to do so). Absolutely not worth your time. Go else where. I went tonight, waited 5 hours and never saw a doctor. I sat in the waiting room with an IV in my arm for 5 HOURS!! Unprofessional. Do better Bedford. 1 Doctor on the floor is unexceptional.

My mother had a severe migraine, and I can only assume we were put on very low priority. We waited over four hours and gave up just before midnight. Thanks Centra
