Sad Sad That Dr Rose there said my child looked completely Fine to her when I said my child looks Terrible..Had to take my child there 2 times no answers no pain meds nuthing!! Had to drive to Uva Er got my child pain relief and the answer to what was wrong within only a hour of being there in uva Er !! Sad Shameful Bedford Er still going get paid for two trips to there Er with no answers and them makeing me feel like a fool ,That it was nuthing wrong with my child ,When it Was !!!

I was there from 7:30pm-12:30am I waited in the lobby for 3.5hrs and sat in the back in a room with no one checked on me until close to the time the Dr was coming I got a blanket. Luckily my friend Shannon came in to work and got things moving for me. My visitor that brought me was rude and embarrassing, sorry for that!

My children & I have been here many times over the years. Each person who helped us was Super friendly & efficient. The wait time has (so far) been much less than Lynchburg General, even at peak flu season our wait time was around 2 hours max (with a full waiting room). They were also kind enough to scoot us through in less than 45 minutes on an occasion where the need was not life threatening-but still required the treatment we received (as they were adequately staffed & able to do so).
