My children & I have been here many times over the years. Each person who helped us was Super friendly & efficient. The wait time has (so far) been much less than Lynchburg General, even at peak flu season our wait time was around 2 hours max (with a full waiting room). They were also kind enough to scoot us through in less than 45 minutes on an occasion where the need was not life threatening-but still required the treatment we received (as they were adequately staffed & able to do so). Absolutely not worth your time. Go else where. I went tonight, waited 5 hours and never saw a doctor. I sat in the waiting room with an IV in my arm for 5 HOURS!! Unprofessional. Do better Bedford. 1 Doctor on the floor is unexceptional.

My mother had a severe migraine, and I can only assume we were put on very low priority. We waited over four hours and gave up just before midnight. Thanks Centra

Wish I could rate no stars- the receptionist who answered when I called the ER around 5am on Sunday, July 27th was so miserable that it deterred me from going there. Went to Roanoke ER where the receptionist answered politely and was super helpful!
