My husband and I had a great experience with Corey and his employees. We live out of state, 5 hours away, and had an accident with our car. We recently were there to fix our air conditioning. The technician replaced our old compressor and thought that our car had been fixed. However, due to a malfunction of a filter it was not. They ordered this part and hopefully it will be fixed. We were treated very well and very professionally.
I love this dealership and the employees are great everytime I have been there they have always treated me great my salesman was John Ramsey great gut.
Fabulous showroom, plenty of staff, but less than stellar selection of some models. They will, however, work to get you the model you want. Sales: Nick- great to work with, attentive to interests. Sales Management: Joshua- tough negotiator, listens and responds. Financial: Sharla- organized and efficient, makes things clear. Overall, this dealership is far better than many others in the area.
On schedule and all items plus a check on the antifreeze accomplished.
Everyone that we had contact with was extremely friendly and helpful. Great costumer service!
