I have unfortunately had to go into paediatric A and E twice this year.Both times the nurses have been incredible. They are kind , efficient and professional and kept us updated as much as possible. Today I was a long day for us but I know these nurses work long 13 hr shifts and wanted them to know how appreciative we are of them and to have access to free healthcare, my son is thankfully home and well thanks Muslimah and team for your attentive and empathetic care 🥰

I hate writing bad reviews but this department in Bedford hospital needs to change thoroughly, this is my experience. 22/07/2025 Upon arrival at 530 am I told the receptionist I probably had a kidney stone and that I had been suffering from pain for the past three weeks, that I had already visited my GP who had referred me to a scan on the 13th of August , and that I could bearily sleep a few hours due to the pain. Had to go into A and E last night 26/6/2025 was met by a healthcare assistant called Mary she went above and beyond she was rushed off her feet but still was very compassionate and professional.
