Horrible company to work with. We paid our homeowners insurance through them. Our bill says Direct billed to us. When we got new homeowners insurance this year instead of refunding the money to us they sent it to our mortgage company. They hung up the phone on me. It’s bad enough Bedford Grange denied my claim when my neighbors poorly installed gutters caused rain water to leak into my home. Customer service was non existent. I never received a call at all from anyone at Bedford Grange. 2wks after my online claim I only received a denial letter in the mail. When we called them to discuss the denial, no empathy, no concern. Don’t plan to keep their Ghost services.
Would have given zero stars if this was an option. Horrible place to have homeowners insurance with. Filed a claim for a broken sewer pipe. After paying 800.00 for the use of a camera the first time thinking it was a clog the insurance company denied it. ( ok no biggie). After clog was fixed we still had sewer coming up inside our basement. We then paid $800.00 again for the camera to be sent further out from the house and found a belly of water from a broken pipe.
