I’ve never experienced such an unprofessional medical or dental situation. My tooth broke and I called the office as I’m new in town and they were voted “best” at the time of making my appointment, I told them I have Delta dental and they told me “they were taking Delta until June”. I figured great I’d get in and get the work done and figure out how to go back and submit my own bills after June. The day of my appointment I was on time and got back pretty quickly. Our family has been going here for years. Office staff has been very accommodating and kind, and we have 3 kids so it’s lots of schedules to juggle. Every dental hygienist we have had and both Dr Bedford and Dr Herring have been very professional and sweet. Our kids actually love going for their cleanings and look forward to them! They genuinely care about their patients and it shows. We recommend Bedford Family Dentistry to all our friends and family here in New Braunfels.
Let me preface this by saying, I am an upset customer who owes money that I do not believe is fair. I have full coverage of insurance through Delta for cleanings and x rays. this office had that on record when they scheduled me. No where in the scheduling reminders I got did it say who I was to be seeing. Nor would my assumption be that all the dentist in this same practice take different insurances.
