Excellent service. They truly care about your eyes. All staff are friendly., true tp the spirit of Nova Scotia.
First time in this place today with my husband. We were impressed how thorough our eye check up went. They use different high tech equipments like Optomap (i think thats what you call it) first time we’ve seen in an eye clinic.All the staff are very professional and nice, Dr Erin Macleod was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She took time to check my eyes as I was having some discomfort maybe due to dryness she reassured me nothing was wrong with my eyes and handed me eye drops for free, I never felt rush. I recently have been in for contact lens fitting. The contact lens fitter was very helpful. After years of eye irritation I switched to the Clear Care solution that she recommended I use. Also got new contact lenses that fit my eyes better too. She recommended I get glasses for at home use so that I don’t overwear contact lenses, and she helped me in optical with selecting a pair that fit my face.
Optical shop and options well laid out with a large variety of frames. Opticians were very friendly and professional. As always, I have been a client for 5yrs, Dr Sheppard and her team were fantastic. A true 5 star rating
