I have been taking my dog Ogi to VET Dianella since he was one year old, but after what happened on April 13th, I will never return. We arrived with Ogi in a critical state—his gums were grey and he was at high risk of anaphylaxis. The reception staff refused to even have a nurse perform a basic triage, simply saying they were "full." We rushed to VET Yokine, where the vet immediately recognised the emergency.
