I had deleted and made a new review because I couldn't reply to your last response. Thats wasn't our experience. Quit trying to explain it your way. You keep your security video for 3 days. That works great for you. Our beautiful dog is dying, the vet centre messed up. That made her journey and ours more horrible and stressful. The treatment wasn't actually successful. I have been taking our almost 15-year-old Golden Retriever to this vet centre since she was only weeks old. Not only are they knowledgeable, professional and caring, our dog gets excited every time we go, no matter how unwell she feels, which shows her absolute trust in the staff and the treatment she receives. Earlier this year she was diagnosed with lymphoma following a careful examination by her Vet and is now in remission, recuperating from intensive but relatively well tolerated and spaced chemo. I took my dog, Misty to this vet centre for the first time because I thought she was pregnant. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful there and I left feeling very happy about our experience.
