My Dad, who sadly passed away recently had been dealing with both Robyn & Laura for in excess of 2 decades. I, personally have also been dealing with Laura for the last two years and it’s alway been a pleasure dealing with her. Dad had established a wonderful working & personal relationship with these lovely ladies. Laura and Robyn are hands down the best property managers you could ask for. They consistently keep us in the loop and are prompt in responding to any of our concerns or requests. When we needed to move due to changes in our circumstances, they went above and beyond to help us secure a new rental, making a potentially stressful situation smooth and manageable. Pretty average at the moment from an owners point of view. At a recent vacate, my carpets were left with an inch of pet hair and my new oven wasn't cleaned plus the rest. I was advised by Laura my place was left in immaculate condition. Disappointing.
