Do not recommend. Called regarding bill I was receiving for work that I didn’t know or authorize to be completed. Lady I spoke with lacked customer service. We didn’t care for the or work received while we were patients and now not thrilled with the customer service from the front desk staff.
I didn’t really think I was ever going to review a dentist, but here we are. Not good! Where my previous visit here I met a super friendly and helpful reception lady who walked me through the financial part step by step, a very nice young dentist who understood I’m terrified of dentists and explaining to me what was necessary and why, and a really nice assistant talking me through all of it, today I had a completely opposite experience. I sincerely appreciate the oral care I receive from Dr. Garber and his staff! As a reservist, they take extra care of me to make sure I meet my readiness requirements to serve our country as well!
