My husband was at Bedford for a short rehab stay. The level of care was very good. Unfortunately the facility only has double rooms and needs some major restoration. The paint in my husband's room was actually peeling off the walls.
My mom is here at the rehabilitation center now and the tech care is horrible. The techs do not want to help take people to the bathroom, the toilet in her room is not working so she has to use one in another room…
The assisted living floor is so great. They really care about their residents. They might be a little understaffed, but the care staff really care about giving everyone the best experience possible
I want to update my Review to WELL DONE! Recently had an experience that was made right by administration. I appreciate your attentiveness to your business. I DO Recommend Bedford! Great Leaders!
Awful care in the rehabilitation section. Delay of call light response, delay in care, lack of following Doctor orders, and breach of multiple patient rights. Stay away.
