Cannot call this number it's useless.!! I'm not sure what any of these people working here get paid to actually do.??? There is NO care nor service whatsoever. They only seem to refer you to places that would make your issues worse. No face 2 face help or support. Once in a blue moon they call to ask if you are managing and if your answer is no, they call social services to get your Children taken off you and their only answer is just keep going. The only service available now. They don't help. They ignore you. They make you feel bad for making them do their job. Utter waste of time and tax payer money. You should all be ashamed of yourselves pretending to care.
Called talking therapies for help initially, as I would require therapy again, and was referred here instead of getting help. Here they said they can’t help me and therapy is not their job, and pointed out an appointment that has nothing to do with getting therapy to manage my mental health. Being passed around from referral to referral like I’m a toy, no real empathy at all from the person behind the line Don’t mind me, I’ll just fall apart mentally while medical professionals pass me around from one another ❤️✨
Spoke to a woman today so rude could not explain any diagnosis to me asked for help with my pip review and she said with her own words would it even help yes it would help that’s why I’m asking for your help useless!!!!!
