They are very rude. They have no type of customer service, especially over the phone, do not trust them with your people, who would want rude and unprofessional women taking care of their family
We’ve had a great experience with Bedford since our mom has been there. The facility is clean and the staff members are very professional. They provide quality food and activities for the residents. Conveniently located to Simpson General Hospital.
