I have waited twelve weeks for warranty forms and I am still waiting I’m told it’s in an e mail or it’s in the post .my next step has to be the small claims court.
I have recently purchased a Toyota Yaris. I have left a message, they called back first thing in the morning . They explained T&C’s. The car came with MOT, Serviced, Valeted, delivered to my doorstep. I received an amazing customer service. I wasn’t expecting such a great deal at such a high standard . Thank you
Took me a while to find the car I wanted however I went to Bedford car centre and was very impressed with the car I went to view. Was very easy to arrange the purchase and the service is great and I highly recommend this company!
It's taken me a while to decide to write this or not but seems like the right thing to do. My experience with Bedford Car Centre started out well, from initial enquiry to car collection, car visually was perfect and well described but from there it went drastically wrong. 2 minutes driving down the road the coolant warning light came on, I was advised to take it to garage of my choice which I did, they diagnosed a leaking water pump and thermostat unit and a cracked rear suspension coil, the bill to fix all came to around £1... read more
*Long review* - bought an Audi from these guys about a year ago. Car needed the timing belt doing but they offered me more for my trade in than I wanted to offset some of the cost. Had to get the rear disks and pads changed after 6 months. Other than that the car has been flawless, and passed its MOT today with no advisories. Car had a couple of cosmetic bits (it was 11 years old at purchase) that needed tidying up but nothing some compound polish and a touch up pen didn't sort out.
