They did a horrible job on my car. Lined the body of horribly. Now my car makes a popping noise if I take off to drugs or hit a bump. And they had my car for weeks and never told me to come get it

These are only a few of the photos. I went to get my car 3 x after we paid 8,000.00 for them to fix the front passenger side of my car. They sent me away with my service engine soon light on my car sounding like a go- cart and wobbling. I have my 3 yr. Old grand daughter whom I take care of and I can’t safely have her in this car. Will not ever recommend this place to anyone.
Unlike what the website says, they DO NOT offer a free complimentary loaner car and are not open on Saturday. I chose BB&P for my insurance claim. BB&P called me on a Thursday and scheduled a time I could drop my vehicle off for repair the Monday of the upcoming week. During that call, I mentioned I did not have another car to drive once mine was dropped off.
