What terrible hours this place has. God forbid a woman has a regular 9-5 job and needs to go to the clinic- no, it has to be a whole ordeal where you take a day off, because they're not open ANY evenings or weekends.
Been attempting to book a 15min appointment for over 3 months. Checking regularly for an appointment. Feels a little like a scam.
Don’t bother, I’ve been trying to make an appointment for over a month now, they never answer their phone. I’ve called 2pm on a Wednesday -office closed. Called before noon on a Friday -closed. On their website it states how “easy it is to make an appointment” by calling or booking online. I tried to book online, no appointments available for any of the doctors. My doctor's office and she is great
I give it 5 stars for being human and considerate to me when i really needed help and advice. The lady at the reception could not reach me and also missed my call back but she still calls me back the next day. She guided me on how to find a way out for my current situation and that was so helpful its hard to express in words. If she wanted she could not returned my call back or even just left me a voicemail that no appointments are available but she was so kind to call me and advice me on how to move ahead. Thank you.
